Salad in a Mason Jar

I love salads! I love mason jars! Perfect blend of the two. Dressing at the bottom of the jar with next layer of spinach (or lettuce) then top with fruit or other toppings. Keeps in fridge for 3 days. When you are ready to eat it just shake it up and enjoy. I prefer wide mouth mason jars because I eat it right out of the jar. Yummy!
