I am a Ph.D. student working on a doctorate in Human Resource Education. I have spent the last 3 years doing research on virtual workplace teams. I have recently decided to refocus my research interests from building trust in virtual workplace teams to workplace minitsry. By doing this I can research a topic that is important to me and also encompasses my faith. Considering I am a devoted Christian, I have felt that my research should include my faith and I just recently figured out how to do that.
