Back to School Rolo Pencils

School is right around the corner as summer wraps up.  I wanted to make something for my daughter to take to school to give to each of her new classmates.  I decided to make candy pencils out of Rolos and a Hershey's Kiss.  I made 25 of them then put them in a bag.  I decorated a bag topper with a 2 inch scalloped image and used address labels to make a little note.  Super easy craft.
